I’m so excited about Pixistock’s new content playbook. This one right here is what I call DFY magic. When I first signed up for Pixistock, I was just looking for some pretty stock photos that looked like me. But Alicia Powell, the creator of Pixistock, clearly had bigger plans. She didn’t just stop at Canva templates and photos — she built a full-blown content system to help you plan, post, and profit with purpose.

If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed trying to show up online, the DFY content playbook is your sign to breathe. It’s not your average planner — it’s a strategy that helps creative women like us stay consistent, confident, and connected to our brand voice (without losing our minds or weekends).

I’ve been part of the Pixistock membership since 2023, and watching it grow fills me with the same joy I felt when my sister got her master’s in education. From diverse stock photos to content calendars, and now an AI-powered playbook — this done-for-you content system is for solopreneurs who want to work smarter and shine brighter. It’s like Rihanna said: “Shine bright like a diamond.”

What is Pixistock?

Before I get into the magic of the content playbook, let’s talk about what makes Pixistock the go-to spot for solopreneurs who want to look professional and stay consistent online.

Pixistock is more than a stock photo library — it’s a full creative community built by Alicia Powell, a designer and content strategist who helps women show up online with purpose, on purpose. The subscription-based service offers everything from Canva templates to launch strategies and marketing training, making content creation feel doable again.

If you’re brand new to Pixistock, I break down the full experience — from the membership types to the free 30-Day content planner — in my post, Pixistock Review: Is It Worth Your Time? That post walks you through the basics and helps you decide which level best fits your goals.

But today, we’re going deeper. This blog focuses on the newest gem in the Pixistock membership — the content playbook. Alicia calls it a done-for-you content system, and I call it a game-changer.

What is a content playbook?

Earlier this year, Alicia released the Pixistock content playbook. And at first, I thought it was just another planner with a cute name. But, no. Alicia really outdid herself with this one.

A content playbook is basically a content strategy. What makes Pixistock’s content playbook stand out is the done-for-you workflows to help you plan and create so you know “what-to-post-next”. Each month, the playbook has fresh ideas and marketing approaches to connect with your audience on social media. Whether you’re on Instagram, Threads, Facebook, or writing long-form content, you’ll have direction so your brand stays consistentand that’s the blessing right there.

The content playbook is part strategy, part structure, and a whole lot of clarity. Say bye to scrolling in a frenzy at 10 p.m. because you realize you haven’t posted in three days.

What’s inside the Pixistock content playbook

Now that you know what the playbook is, let’s talk about what’s inside:

Done-for-You Content Workflows

Each month, you get ready-to-use workflows for social platforms like Instagram, Threads, Facebook, and LinkedIn — so you can post confidently instead of overthinking captions.

 Pre-Made Canva Templates

You know, those days when you question your design skills? Alicia’s got you. All the Canva templates are easily customizable, so your posts look polished, on-brand, and ready to roll in minutes.

The AI-Hotline

I absolutely love the AI-Hotline! The hotline has pre-written ChatGPT prompts so you can write faster, brainstorm better, and maintain your brand voice. This really helps when you’re trying to post to a platform you’re not really familiar with. For example, I used the AI hotline to help me write content on Threads. It’s the newest platform I’ve joined, and I didn’t know how to post there. Or had the time to figure it out so I turned to the hotline. I was pleasantly surprised that I liked the responses and the responses got engagement.

Productivity-Driven Copy

No more starting from scratch — the captions, ideas, and hooks are already there. You just tweak them to fit your tone and goals.

But here’s the feature that made me grin from ear to ear…

The Batch Content Rewards System

The batch content rewards system is genius. Every month, subscribers can submit the content they’ve created (even if it’s in draft mode) and earn rewards. You can become eligible for a discount or a sneak peek on upcoming product launches. It’s a way to develop a “show-up” mentality for your business.

I like the reward system because it feels like a game. I’ve earned  points and badges just by interacting with other community members. Plus it keeps me accountable and motivated without all the pressure. (I’m not gonna lie — earning my first badge felt like getting a gold star from God himself. Lol)

Patty, The Playbook Assistant

Now I can’t forget Patty! Patty is Pixistock’s AI-powered assistant — trained on Alicia’s past content planners and playbooks. She helps you brainstorm, write, and personalize content ideas without getting stuck in analysis paralysis.

Patty is only available with the premium membership, but no worries —you can use Patty’s prompts in ChatGPT, Gemini, or your favorite AI tool for a similar creative flow. She’s the virtual coach you didn’t know you needed.

Pro Tip: If you’re ready to try the content playbook for yourself, a Pixistock membership gives you instant access to the latest content planner, hundreds of Canva templates, and that magical AI hotline. Join here and thank me later.

How to use the content playbook

Like most of you, I’m guilty of having half-finished posts sitting in drafts somewhere. These ideas could’ve been great — but we’ll never know because we didn’t hit “publish.”

And that’s why I love the content playbook. It helps you break that cycle by giving you a structure that turns ideas into action. I mean, everyone knows that ideas are cute, but execution pays the bills.

Here’s how I use the playbook to stay consistent as a blogger and creative:

 1. Start with the approach for the month

First, I read the marketing approach for the month and think about how it applies to my business. For example, the approach for this month’s playbook is “future pacing”. This marketing approach helps your audience see what their future looks like with your brand’s help.

2. Content Batching

Before I even start putting together any content, I set a date to create it. I’m the creative who needs to put a date to things, otherwise it just doesn’t happen for me. I set aside a few hours to plan my week’s posts, pick my Canva templates, and use the AI prompts to create faster. What used to take me all day now takes an afternoon — and I still have time for ministry, my group sessions, and my husband.

3. Start creating

On my batch content day, I pick one platform to start with, choose the prompt for that week, and plug it into ChatGPT.  Each platform has four weeks of content, and you can make up to 7 posts a week, so that’s a month’s worth of content. If you want to see how the AI-Hotline could work for your brand voice, try the prompt I dropped below and watch how quickly your ideas turn into ready-to-post content. You’ll see why I call it “DFY Magic.”

4. Repurpose Like a Pro

The Playbook helps me stretch one idea across multiple platforms — because when you’re a solopreneur, everything has to work twice as hard. I’m able to take a thread topic and repurpose it as Pinterest pin, and even email  topics.

5. Stay Consistent

That reward system I mentioned earlier? It keeps me accountable to myself. There’s something about seeing the number of points earned that reminds me, “Girl, keep showing up.” Even when I’m tired. Because every post is a seed I’m planting in my brand’s growth.

The truth is — the Pixistock content playbook is more than a productivity tool. It’s a mindset shift. It teaches you that consistency is a muscle, and every time you create, you’re strengthening it.

If you’re tired of overthinking content and ready to simplify your strategy, this is your sign.

What Is DFY (Done-For-You) Content?

DFY (Done-For-You) content is pre-made, customizable material created by professionals to help you save time. Think Pinterest pins, social media templates, caption starters, and reel scripts — all ready for you to plug in your message, colors, and brand voice.

Just to be clear — done-for-you content doesn’t mean you’re lazy. It means you’ve learned to delegate. When you’re a team of one, you can use all the help you can get. And if you know anything about chasing your dreams, you know that it takes work.

That’s what I love about Pixistock’s dfy content playbook — it doesn’t box you in; it builds you up. You still get to sound like you, but without all the mental gymnastics of figuring out what to post or how to design it.

When I started updating my website, I used several Pixistock stock photos on my home and services pages. And listen… the glow-up was real. My site went from “homemade” to “high-end creative coach” overnight. A girlfriend of mine even said, “Girl, this looks so professional — who did your site?”

I smiled and said, “Me — and Pixistock.” 😎

That’s the power of Pixistock’s dfy content it makes you looks like you have a creative team. Whether you’re building your brand, launching a course, or trying to show up online more consistently, Pixistock’s dfy tools will meet your needs.

Start small with Pixistock’s free 30-Day Content Planner. It’ll give you a feel for how much easier content creation can be when the visuals and strategy are already mapped out for you.
