I recently participated in the 21-day challenge taught by business coach and American Writers & Artist Institute (AWAI) instructor Ilise Benun, and I wasn’t prepared for her opening remarks. 😂 She began to say that her challenge was built around the idea that we need to SLOW DOWN.
